Four young designers explored the theme for this year’s programme which was 'disruption', chosen by Design Museum director Deyan Sudjic. 

The 'Designers in Residence' show has a slight 'in development' feel to it as it explores something unknown. We wanted to bring this into the exhibition design with leaning canvases, whitewashed windows and impromptu metal trestles. Refining these known references is a subtle reference to something new and forward thinking. The content was carefully spread out and given space to breath in the gallery.
